Euro:

Our euro-style surgical cap offers a secure, close-fitting design that keeps hair neatly contained, making it ideal for long shifts and clinical environments. An adjustable elastic cord lock in the back allows for a snug, customizable fit that stays in place throughout the day. Made from 100% cotton, these breathable scrub caps are lightweight, comfortable, and durable for all-day wear. An optional satin-lined interior helps reduce frizz, prevent breakage, and protect your hair during extended use.

Classic Men's or Unisex Cap:

Our classic tie-back scrub cap offers a sporty, low-profile design that sits close to the head, making it ideal for short hair or those who prefer a more fitted style during long shifts. Made from 100% cotton, these breathable surgical caps are lightweight, comfortable, and durable for all-day wear in clinical and hospital settings.

This style is generally preferred by men but can be worn by any healthcare worker looking for a classic, no-bulk scrub hat. Please note: this cap does not provide full coverage for long or thick hair.

Bouffant:

Our pleated bouffant scrub cap offers a spacious, comfortable fit that securely holds more hair, making it ideal for long shifts and busy clinical settings.Designed with an adjustable elastic cord lock in the back, this scrub cap provides a customizable fit, while the wide front band helps keep your cap secure and comfortable throughout the day.

All orders ship from Florida. We generally ship your order within 1-3 business days with the exception of "Pre-Order" items. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless buyer chooses to upgrade shipping speed at checkout. 

Once your package is sent out, transit time within the USA for USPS Ground Advantage is generally 2-5 days. Transit time for Priority Mail is generally 1-4 days.

Once your order has shipped, you can track the status by logging into your account, or through your shipment notification email.

International shipping takes longer and varies by country and custom regulations. Please allow approximately 2 weeks+ for international delivery. Taxes and duties are automatically calculated at checkout.

We do our best to re-stock our most popular fabrics, however, some designs are only released in limited quantities. You can subscribe to our email list for the latest updates on back-in-stock items and new releases!

We want you to love your order! Eligible items may be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Choose Checkout+ at checkout to unlock free return shipping on eligible returns and exchanges.

If Checkout+ is not selected, exchanges remain FREE, but a $5 shipping fee applies to returns. New exchange items ship once your original return is received.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn or unused (trying on is okay)

• Free of stains or damage

• Returned with original tags and packaging if applicable

• International orders may only be returned for store credit if approved due to high shipping costs (see more details below).

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed automatically but may take up to 10 days to process depending on your bank.

• Refunds to your original payment method will have $5.00 deducted for return shipping. This fee is waived when Checkout+ is selected at checkout.

• Store credit refunds will be available for immediate use

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review your claim.

Customs & duties

Sunshine Caps is not responsible for customs delays, import taxes, or duties. Any refused or unclaimed shipments will not be refunded.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging. 

Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Sunshine Caps was founded in Fort Myers, Florida with a mission to bring a sense of joy and self-expression to the medical field. We specialize in creating premium scrub caps that are as functional as they are fashionable! What started out as one woman sewing in her dining room in 2020 has grown into so much more thanks to your support and the help of our production partners.

Our founder, Lauren, is a dental hygienist who recognized the need for high-quality, stylish, and comfortable scrub caps that could withstand the demands of long shifts and high-pressure environments. With this vision, Sunshine Caps was established to provide medical professionals with
scrub caps that not only meet their practical needs but also allow them to express their unique personalities and bring a little more fun to their work environment.

Our scrub caps are 100% cotton, with the exception of the satin-lined options. We recommend machine washing in cold water and line-drying since some cotton fabrics may shrink with heat. However, most of our customers just toss them in the laundry without any special care & do not experience any issues. Caps can be ironed as needed.

Where do you manufacture?

Our scrub caps are designed in Florida, USA and ethically crafted in both USA (by me personally) and in China by a reputable manufacturer that we have worked closely with since 2020. They are in compliance with all International Labor Standards. All orders are shipped from Florida, USA.

What if I notice variations between products?

Our scrub caps are sewn by hand, so some slight variations may occur. We do our best to keep our sizing as consistent as possible! Our fabrics are also custom-printed and some slight color discrepancies may occur between batches.

Our caps are "One size fits most". They are designed to comfortably accommodate head circumferences from approx 21”–25”, with a flexible fit that works for a variety of hair types and styles.

The front panel (forehead) height of our Classic/Men's cap is approx 4.25 inches.
